Senior IT Recruiter
As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be working with recruitment and business development professionals to identify and engage top talent in technology, engineering, and business fields.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth technical evaluations and assessments of candidates to determine their skills and competencies.
* Participate in full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for contract and permanent placement opportunities.
* Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job sites and databases.
* Network and research databases to source qualified candidates.
* Prepare and present short lists of prospective candidates to clients.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, including IT recruitment.
* Minimum 3 years of direct headhunting experience for permanent and contract technology candidates.
* In-depth technical evaluation experience with the ability to assess candidate technical skills.
* Familiarity with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with U.S. or Canadian markets.
* Knowledge of CRM or ATS systems.
* Strong client relationship skills.
