IT Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IT talent acquisition specialist to manage the recruitment process for our clients.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
* Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within an agency setting or high-growth tech environment;
* Proven track record of successful candidate placements and exceptional customer service skills;
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technology trends, a passion for working with technical professionals, and excellent communication skills. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building pipelines of top candidates, leveraging various sourcing tools, and maintaining data accuracy in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding;
* Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build pipelines of highly qualified candidates;
* Leverage advanced search techniques, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify top talent;
* Evaluate applicants based on qualifications and job requirements, conducting initial screening interviews as needed;
* Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly;
* Post job advertisements across relevant platforms, such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and niche tech sites;
* Act as a trusted representative of our organization, promoting our values and delivering exceptional candidate experiences;
