Trunkstar is a global connectivity platform that enables telecom and IT companies to manage availability, pricing, quoting, ordering, and invoicing in one place. Our platform is used by international carriers, resellers, and enterprises to automate and scale their operations.
We are looking for a Support Engineer who combines strong technical skills with excellent communication abilities.
What You Will Do
As a Support Engineer, you will act as the bridge between our customers and our platform. You ensure customers get the most out of Trunkstar and support them with both technical and operational challenges.
Your responsibilities include:
* Handling and resolving support tickets (2nd line support)
* Investigating technical issues related to APIs, data flows, and integrations
* Supporting customers during onboarding and daily platform usage
* Communicating with international customers and partners
* Collaborating with the development team to improve the platform
* Monitoring platform performance and identifying anomalies
Who You Are
Must-have:
* Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
* Strong communication skills
* Technical mindset and problem-solving ability
* At least 3 years of background in telecom (e.G. experience at an ISP or carrier)
* An analytical and structured way of working
Nice-to-have:
* Experience with APIs (REST, JSON)
* Basic knowledge of networking and connectivity (DIA, Ethernet, etc.)
* Experience with ticketing systems
* Experience working with SaaS platforms
