This position is a pivotal client-facing role that proactively and seamlessly delivers against internal stakeholder’s mandates. The person is responsible for managing the development and delivery of marketing/product creative executions ensuring they are on time and on budget. Will be responsible for:· Create and enforce project schedules with input from team as needed, ensuring milestones, deadlines and launch dates are met;· Author project specific documentation such as: Scope of Work, Content Mapping, Project Briefs, Estimates, Work-back Schedules, Contact Reports and Monthly Weekly reports;· Prepare and present project proposals and campaign reports once projects have completed to internal stakeholders;· Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of analytics and current performance measurement approaches;· Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas for campaigns that drive engagement and conversions;· Strong negotiation skills to coordinate timelines and resource allocation with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Marketing/Product Owners, Creative, IT, and external vendors;· Proactive in identifying potential risks and challenges, with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to finding effective solutions.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:· Degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Computer Graphics/Multimedia Design, or Business/Marketing Management;· Advanced level of English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese (both spoken and written);· Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Suite;· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics);· Experience in Media, Digital, Advertising, and Communications;· Experience across 360° marketing channels, including Above-The-Line (ATL), Below-The-Line (BTL), and Digital;· Ability to participate in conference calls with global colleagues outside of standard working hours – expected to be 25-30% of the time;· Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as design, marketing, product, and sales, to achieve campaign goals ;· Culturally sensitive with an international mindset;· Awareness of the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and emerging technologies.
