Business Development Representative Role
The Business Development Representative plays a crucial role in our sales team, focusing on developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be able to cultivate strong relationships with prospects from initial contact through qualification, and have ambition to grow and build a career in sales.
* Maintain high call volumes daily (80-100 calls) to identify new business opportunities.
* Develop leads in both cold and warm prospect accounts to generate interest in our solutions.
* Gather prospects' needs and understand their initiatives related to our offerings.
* Discover new software opportunities by calling targeted prospect accounts.
* Generate a steady flow of qualified opportunities each month.
* Deliver high-level product presentations to new clients.
* Participate in account development, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
* Collaborate with experienced account managers when prospecting accounts and creating opportunities.
Key Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree
* Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese
* High-energy self-starter who can learn quickly and engage clients effectively.
* 1+ years of cold calling experience preferred.
* Ambition to grow and build a career in sales.
* Ability to resonate with the prospect's situation and detect needs.
* Positive and energetic phone skills.
