Role Mission
The Brand Strategy team develops the brand strategy and fundamentals, and adapts its message to different audiences. Within this team, PMM roles ensure the brand connects meaningfully with key stakeholders and generates value for the business. As a PPM for B2B, your stakeholders are the key-decision-makers in companies (HR, C-Level) - so they choose Alice for themselves and their teams.
You’ll work closely with the Revenue Alliance (the team that represents Alice everyday, whether by selling, supporting, or explaining our product to these companies) - and will be the marketing reference for them. You’ll own the planning and execution of marketing initiatives by embedding brand strategy into business challenges and delivering activations that truly move the needle. This means deeply understanding our brand, our product and stakeholder needs, prioritizing demands, managing budgets, and collaborating closely with our internal creative hub to make things happen.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate Brand Fundamentals into compelling narratives for B2B (key-decision-makers).
* Drive Brand Consistency, guiding teams to reflect the brand in every touchpoint.
* Understand Brand Strategy, Business Objectives and co-create marketing initiatives.
* Drive impact by prioritizing and leading marketing initiatives for Revenue Alliance.
* Develop clear briefs for marketing deliverables, connecting Revenue Alliance with the Internal Creative Hub.
* Provide branded communication materials tailored for B2B (HR, C-Level).
* Oversee performance and resources, managing budgets, tracking results, and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Required Qualifications
* Strong technical knowledge of marketing, with a focus on brand strategy and brand management.
* Experience translating brand strategy into actionable initiatives that generate business impact.
* Ability to engage with business stakeholders, including sales, customer success and others.
* Experience working in fast-paced, high-demand environments with multiple stakeholders.
* Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in B2B or B2B2C environments, ideally in healthcare, technology, or services.
* Familiarity with corporate sales cycles, client engagement, or account management.
