Director Strategic Sales - Value Account Executive (Brazil)

This role represents a shift in our go-to-market model — from product-led selling to value-led transformation. As a Strategic Value Account Executive, you will operate at the intersection of industry expertise, executive engagement, and value realization, helping clients identify, quantify, and capture enterprise value through the o9 platform.


What you’ll do for us

* Meet with prospective clients to identify and quantify value creation opportunities, understanding business priorities, strategic initiatives, and areas of value leakage across the enterprise
* Apply deep business and industry knowledge to diagnose how key factors impact performance, including demand variability, supply constraints, pricing, inventory, and operational inefficiencies
* Lead value-driven conversations with senior executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CSCO), translating business challenges into measurable outcomes and strategic transformation initiatives
* Partner closely with value selling solutions consultant and technical pre-sales to replace traditional product demonstrations with deployed proof of value, showcasing real impact within the customer environment
* Develop and execute account strategies aligned to customer goals, focusing on long-term value realization and expansion across functions and geographies
* Build strong executive relationships and act as a trusted advisor, positioning o9 as a strategic partner for enterprise decision-making and performance execution
* Conduct competitive analysis and position o9 effectively against alternative approaches, including traditional planning systems and emerging AI platforms
* Lead complex commercial negotiations by aligning desired outcomes, value delivered, and pricing structures, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
* Play a key role in structured discovery processes (e.g., PGA – Post-Game Analysis), RFI/RFP engagements, and enterprise transformation initiatives


What you’ll have

* Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree highly appreciated
* 5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, or strategic client engagement, with a proven track record of driving complex deals and executive-level relationships
* Strong understanding of supply chain, commercial planning, or enterprise operations within industries such as Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, or related sectors
* Experience engaging with senior leadership and building trust with C-level executives
* Ability to connect business challenges to financial outcomes, including revenue growth, margin improvement, inventory optimization, and cost reduction
* Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas in a simple and compelling way
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership, curiosity, and drive
* Ability to operate in ambiguity and lead transformation-oriented conversations rather than transactional sales cycles
* Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate platform capabilities into business impact
* Demonstrated ability to lead by example and operate at the intersection of business, technology, and strategy
