About the Product Delivery Role
* As a Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our product roadmap—working closely with engineering, design, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, structured, and timely delivery.
This is a senior hybrid role that combines elements of project management and product coordination. It is well suited to someone with experience in customer-facing SaaS environments who thrives in organized, execution-focused roles.
We have a capable development team, a clear product vision, and a growing customer base. What we need is a dedicated individual to help us translate vision into execution—ensuring alignment, structure, and progress at every stage of the product lifecycle.
You'll be joining a remote, collaborative team working across two complementary platforms: a mature diagnostics tool and a new patient engagement product. This role plays a key part in unifying delivery and maintaining momentum as we continue to scale.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the day-to-day product development process
* Facilitate planning meetings, daily standups, retrospectives, and delivery reviews
* Translate product ideas into structured, development-ready tasks
* Draft and refine feature briefs, requirements, and acceptance criteria
* Track progress across sprints and proactively identify and resolve delivery issues
* Maintain task boards and ensure relevant documentation is kept current and clear
* Communicate with internal stakeholders (e.g., medical experts, support) to clarify priorities and requirements
* Support the team in staying aligned with product goals and delivering meaningful outcomes
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in project management within a software team
* 3+ years of experience in product management within a software team
* Have worked closely with developers and understand the rhythms of SaaS product delivery
* Able to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Possess strong organizational and communication skills
* Demonstrate the ability to bring clarity and structure to complex product work
* Able to operate independently while keeping the broader team aligned and informed
