This is an opportunity for writers, editors, and linguists to contribute to the forefront of AI innovation. You will be instrumental in teaching Large Language Models (LLMs) how to think, reason, and communicate with greater fluency and human-like nuance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating high-quality training data sets for AI models that improve their accuracy, coherence, and voice
* Annotating data to align AI models with human values
* Analyzing and refining the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of training data to ensure linguistic rules and conventions are followed
* Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets
* Evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes
* Navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting priorities
Requirements:
* Native-level fluency in Portuguese and strong proficiency in English
* Excellent writing, editing, and linguistic analysis skills
* Deep understanding of grammar, syntax, and stylistic subtleties
* Research skills and effective fact-checking abilities
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
