Overview of the Role
The Talent Performance Specialist will transform complex data into strategic insights that directly improve individual performance and operational outcomes across Talent Acquisition, working closely with senior stakeholders to become a strategic analytics reference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidating, validating, and maintaining performance dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Analyzing individual and team performance metrics, identifying trends, outliers, and recurring issues to generate actionable, data-driven insights for Talent Acquisition operations.
- Defining, tracking, and evolving KPIs for existing and new Talent Acquisition roles.
- Partnering with Operations and Automation teams, acting as the main point of contact for dashboard changes, data logic updates, and reporting improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years as a Performance Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst.
- Performance Metrics: Experience with individual performance KPIs and operational metrics.
- Data Review: Involvement in data-driven performance review processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (complex formulas, data validation, querying).
- Experience consolidating data from multiple sources.
- Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of KPIs, trends, outliers, and performance metrics.
- Language: Advanced proficiency in English.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Looker Studio or Databricks.
- Basic to intermediate SQL.
- 4+ years in analytics roles linked to Talent, Operations, or QA.
- Experience in fast-growing or scaling environments.
