4. Webshop, Fulfilment, and Inventory Oversight
• Oversee BioTara's webshop operations and alignment with international fulfilment.

teams.

shipments.

• Lead, inspire, and develop a small operations and logistics team in Brazil, fostering a
culture of ownership, learning, and integrity.
• Establish clear performance goals, accountability systems, and regular feedback cycles.
• Build team capacity through mentoring, skills development, and cross-functional
collaboration.
• Lead by example — modelling BioTara's values of transparency, respect, and regenerative
leadership in daily work.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members as BioTara's operations
expand.
7. Reporting & Traceability
• Deliver regular, data-driven operational reports on shipments, stock levels, and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate traceability data through BioTara's digital systems (e.g. Orijin,
BioVerse).
• Contribute to sustainability, certification, and MRV (Monitoring, Reporting & Verification)
reporting.

— ideally in natural ingredients, agro-industrial, cosmetics, or export sectors.
• Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder supply chains across Brazil or similar
environments.
• Strong understanding of Amazonian socio-environmental contexts and rural logistics.
• Demonstrated expertise in international export documentation, customs procedures, and
compliance.

logistics/ERP or inventory systems.
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and operational forecasting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish
desirable).
• Knowledge of natural ingredient sourcing and sustainable supply models is a strong plus.
