Sweden needs skilled engineers; current focus includes finding software engineers and informing candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.Our team is global, with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam. We provide relocation support including visa, work permits, housing arrangement, tickets, and related logistics.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and attract engineers for Sweden-based roles, building trust with candidates throughout the relocation process.Coordinate with a global recruiting team and Swedish delivery management to facilitate relocation logistics.Engage with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.Plan and execute recruitment activities in collaboration with colleagues across multiple countries.Maintain high service standards, strong brand awareness, and a proactive approach to solving recruitment challenges.RequirementsAt least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or equivalent technical experience.Solid and proven network of local IT engineering talent.Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset.High quality and brand awareness; understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English; knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new ones.Analytical, well organized, detail-oriented with the ability to identify and close recruitment requests.Self-confident, social, friendly, and highly motivated; resilient and capable of handling objections.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive, responsible, and professionally presented.Employment detailsLocation: Remote (home) or co-working space of your choice.Remuneration: starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Contract: Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.Work schedule: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.Overtime: 1:1 flex compensation.Holidays: Paid national holidays with maintained payment; 20 paid vacation days.Relocation support: Travel, housing, and per diem as part of the package.ApplicationPlease send your English CV to: ******.
