Business Development Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our sales team in support of business development activities. This role involves collaborating with experienced professionals to identify, evaluate, and pursue opportunities across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scout and assess opportunities via procurement portals in multiple countries
2. Support the preparation of proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation
3. Develop and tailor project references and CVs to meet tender requirements
4. Collaborate with team members to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices
Requirements:
1. Fluent in Portuguese, with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1)
2. Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
3. Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to take ownership and motivated to learn quickly
4. Interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects
5. Previous experience with procurement in the public sector is advantageous
