**GET TO KNOW OUR AREA**:
This Data Analyst will work on our Global Planning & Logistics team by transforming complex supply chain data into actionable insights.
This role is crucial in optimizing our worldwide operations, improving forecast accuracy, and driving efficient decision-making in our logistics network.
**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:
- Collect, clean, and analyze process data from various industrial systems and databases.
- Analyze process data to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards to monitor key process metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in process data.
- Create and maintain documentation for data analysis procedures and findings.
- Collaborate with process engineers to identify areas for optimization.
- Assist in building predictive models for process optimization.
- Document analytical methodologies and findings.
- Present insights to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.
- Training and Development: Organize and provide training sessions for team members on new processes, tools, and regulatory updates to ensure high levels of proficiency and adaptability within the team.
- Work closely with site front end developer to prioritize projects to meet business deadlines.
- Develop and troubleshoot databases (visual) as well as facilitate future new equipment software integration into current pipeline database.
- Provide feedback in the product design and specification process.
- Responsible for code development, debugging, analyzing test results, implementation, support, and enhancement of automated system software programs used in agricultural research.
**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

**Must have**:
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in Python or R programming.
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation.
- Knowledge of data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- API consumption/development experience.
- Familiarity with Google BigQuery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in programming field, database design, or server administration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ability to implement processes for validating and ensuring high-quality data.
- Self-starter and be able to work as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
- Scripting: Proficiency in writing scripts to automate processes and tasks, enhancing productivity and reducing manual effort.
- RPA (Robotic Process Automation): The ability to implement software robots to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Machine Learning Basics: Understanding of machine learning concepts for developing intelligent automation solutions.
**Nice to Have**:
- Integration Skills: Ability to integrate automation solutions with existing systems.
- Problem-Solving: The capacity to address challenges that arise during the automation process and find effective resolutions.
- Innovative Thinking: The ability to identify opportunities for automation and develop creative solutions to streamline repetitive tasks for automation
- Analytical Skills: Ability Extract and analyze large data sets for reporting and/or data quality purposes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skills in working with different departments to ensure consistency in material data.
- Former Full stack development experience in Ag or IT roles.
Proficient in programming JavaScript/Typescript
- Proficient in SQL Query Development, Relational Database Design
- Proficient in JSON API development
