Training Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Operations Coordinator to support customer satisfaction in Frankfurt.
* Analyze training requirements and determine session feasibility.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation.
* Organize and execute training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability.
* Coordinate with our team for changes/updates in training events/programs.
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing if necessary.
* Maintain adherence to workflow and processes using CRM tools.
Experience:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations is preferred.
* International work environment exposure is beneficial.
* A high-level understanding of the training landscape is required.
* A customer service-oriented approach is essential.
* Collaborative mindset is necessary.
* Effective communication skills are crucial.
* Attention to detail, structured thinking, and prioritization capabilities are important.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is necessary.
* Knowledge of Cornerstone or other LMS is an added advantage.
* Fluent English language proficiency is mandatory.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint is required.
