As a Murex Support Engineer, you will be part of our team that provides end-to-end project services for Murex solutions. We have delivered over 200 successful Murex projects across various sectors, including investment banking, asset management, and corporate treasury.
You will work with a background in finance, technology, or mathematics to analyze, formulate, and develop overall solutions as per deliverables. Your experience in the capital markets industry would be highly valued by us.
Responsibilities
* Analyze and formulate proposed solutions as per deliverables
* Develop requirements per given stream and according with resolution needs
* Manage day-to-day assigned tasks to complete various deliverables
* Contribute to support group(s) efforts in resolving requests or issues
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and necessary enhancements
* Follow-up on new Application developments, enhancements, version upgrades, regulations, and practices globally
* Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables and participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)
Skills and Qualifications
* 4+ years' experience with Murex functionalities
* 2+ years' experience in financial markets technology
