As a seasoned Next.js Developer, you will be instrumental in crafting high-performance e-commerce applications that meet the highest standards of performance and scalability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building complex applications with Next.js, Elasticsearch for search, and React Query for state management.
* Lead the development of enterprise-level Next.js e-commerce applications to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and SEO standards.
* Implement caching strategies using React Query and Elastic Cache to optimize application performance.
* Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
* Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflows.
* Develop and implement robust testing and TypeScript practices to ensure code reliability and efficiency.
* Ongoing optimization of Core Web Vitals and other key performance metrics to deliver exceptional user experiences.
* 5+ years of experience with Next.js and React ecosystem, including strong expertise in React Query for state management and caching.
* 5+ years of experience building e-commerce applications with deep understanding of SEO best practices and technical implementation.
* Strong background in performance optimization and monitoring, including experience with New Relic or similar tools.
* Proficient in TypeScript and modern JavaScript, with strong knowledge of AI tools for code development and code reviews.
* Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript, React Query, Tailwind CSS.
* Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront).
* Performance: Core Web Vitals optimization, caching strategies.
* Backend Integration: RESTful APIs.
