Business Analyst (Mobile Applications) Sao Paulo, Brazil|Hybrid| Full-Time | ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of an innovative consumer engagement platform for one of our client. This role sits at the intersection of business, product, and technology, focusing on mobile applications, digital campaigns, and data-driven user
will play a key role in shaping user experiences through mobile apps, WhatsApp-based campaigns, gamification mechanics, and AI-powered personalization strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement and revenue. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 3–4 years of experience in mobile application or digital product projects Strong ability to convert business needs into actionable product requirements Solid understanding of mobile analytics, user journeys, and engagement strategies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in the FMCG sector is a strong plus Proficiencyin English (written & verbal); local language is a plus WHAT YOU WILL DO Translate business requirements into clear product backlog items and user stories Define and optimize user journeys, engagement flows, and feature requirements Collaborate closely with stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and international development teams Support delivery of mobile and digital products from concept to launch Analyze mobile analytics and user behavior to drive product improvements Ensure clear documentation and effective communication across teams iSoftStone is a global IT service and consulting company that creates value and drives success through technology solutions, service excellence, and digital innovation.
