* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
* Proven experience recruiting for Diverse Information Technology Roles
* Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
* High level of professionalism and customer service focus
You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers.
