* Craft goal-setting strategies, manage MBO committees, define KPIs, and optimize dashboard checks.
* Provide coaching and training to leaders on performance frameworks and tools, ensuring seamless adoption.
* Promote process improvement opportunities and support the transformation to an impactful performance culture.
