Responsibilities:
- Working with the product owner to ensure the team is delivering on refined stories in a prioritised fashion to maximum business benefit
- Facilitate agile processes including sprint iteration planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and release planning
- Ensure the removal of team-level impediments and escalates non-team-level blockers to conclusion
- Facilitate group meetings such as workshops.
- Act as liaison between multiple business teams, technology teams and vendors to facilitate communications and support a shared vision of delivered functionality
- Maintain appropriate project documentation
- Timely communication of project statuses
Qualifications:
- 4 to 5 years of Scrum Master experience with a Software Development team
- Project management experience in the financial services or technology industry
- Experience managing multiple/combined complex projects in a successful program
- Scrum Alliance CSM (required) CSP certification or PMI's Agile Certified Professional (ACP) Scrum Alliance CSM (required) CSP certification or PMI's Agile Certified Professional (ACP)
Preferred
- MS Office, MS Project, JIRA and Confluence
- Verbal and Written communication skills
- Consensus building and negotiating skills
