Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing business operations, including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments, and future revenues

2. Advising on efficient use of resources and procedures; recommending strategic solutions to business and financial objectives
">
3. Working closely with hotel ownership to provide business support and analysis as required
">
4. Leading and managing accounting, purchasing, receiving, stores, and IT departments to ensure adherence to standards
">
5. Supporting team members through coaching, colleague relations, and positive engagement
">
6. Developing colleague engagement survey action plans
">
7. Acting as a leader and role model in adhering to Accor standards and values
">
8. Participating in Executive Committee, Department Head, and Revenue Management meetings
">
9. Preparing annual Operating Budget, Rolling Forecast, Marketing & Sales Plan, and Capital Budget
">
10. Oversight of Hotel Capital process
">
11. Labor management and other available tools to set and monitor staffing levels and productivity targets
">
12. Ensuring full compliance with Accor, IFRS, and internal financial controls
">
13. Improving performance through innovative methods
">
14. Compiling and analyzing financial information for financial statements
">
15. Ensuring accurate and efficient monthly, quarterly, and year-end results
">
16. Maintaining financial records in compliance with policies and procedures
">
17. Establishing and monitoring operational controls and strategies
">
18. Ensuring adequate cash flow to meet operation needs
">
19. Approving cash disbursements and ensuring proper documentation
">
20. Oversight of Budget and Forecast activities
">
21. Accurate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
">
22. Protecting Accor and hotel ownership interests in hotel assets and operations
">
Requirements:

23. Senior Financial Leader with at least 5 years' experience in hospitality leadership

24. Computer literate with complex accounting software and Microsoft applications
">
25. Excellent communication and organizational skills

26. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
