Marketing Technology Transformation
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Marketing Technology Transformation initiative across LATAM. This involves the rollout of Single Customer View (SCV), Loyalty Delivery, and Marketing Automation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy for SCV, Loyalty, and Marketing Automation initiatives.
* Manage timelines, risks, and interdependencies across multiple LATAM markets.
* Collaborate with global and regional teams (Marketing, IT, Data, and external vendors) to drive project success.
* Oversee project governance, reporting, and agile processes to ensure transparency and efficiency.
* Analyze KPIs, ensure delivery quality, and support change management and adoption.
