Dutch Recruiter Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dutch recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our global recruitment operations, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for roles across the Netherlands market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the Netherlands market
* Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through various channels
* Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers and candidates
* Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless hiring delivery
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and spoken Dutch skills, prior experience in recruitment, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, remote setup.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
