OverviewExperienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry. Sweden needs skilled engineers and currently has ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients. You will help find engineers for Sweden, inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden, and build trust with suitable candidates as they consider relocating.Support structure includes a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics (visas, work permits, tickets, housing, and related arrangements). Our clients operate in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will collaborate with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and recruit engineers who are ready to embark on a relocation to Sweden.Inform candidates about the benefits and opportunities of living and working in Sweden.Build trust with candidates and guide them through the relocation process.Coordinate with a global recruitment team and Swedish delivery management to facilitate relocation logistics.Maintain a high level of service orientation and find the best solutions for recruitment challenges.Contribute to a team culture focused on helping engineers and their families build new careers and lives in Sweden.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solutions.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper-intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new ones.Analytical, organized with attention to detail, and able to identify and fulfill a recruitment request.Self-confident, social, friendly, and self-motivated.Resilient and persistent with a positive approach to rejection.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Employment detailsFull-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur, minimum 12 months.Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday; overtime compensated 1:1 as flex.Location: Remote work from home or a co-location center.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Benefits: paid national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem.Please send your English CV to: ******.
