About the Role
We’re hiring an Appointment Setter to support a U.S.-based insurance agency. Your role will focus on engaging U.S. businesses over the phone, introducing services, and generating qualified opportunities for licensed agents to provide quotes. This is a performance-driven sales role requiring fluent English, professionalism, and strong outbound calling skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to U.S.-based business prospects.
* Follow structured scripts to introduce services and qualify interest.
* Identify decision-makers and schedule appointments or live transfers.
* Accurately record call notes, outcomes, and lead details in the CRM.
* Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets for calls and appointments.
