We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning Analyst to join our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing financial analysis and forecasting to support business decision-making.
As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, and creating reports to monitor labour spend and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also collaborate with HR and other teams on workforce planning, analyzing financial data, and developing actionable insights.
* Update actuals and forecasts as part of our monthly labour process;
* Support the buildup of labour-related Balance Sheet accounts and Cash Flow statements;
