Lead SAP Data Conversion Specialist

We're seeking an experienced SAP data conversion expert to lead the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle.
This role involves technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.
Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
Manage data conversion and testing cycles. Ensure traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.
Provide leadership and mentorship to other data team members and ensure adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.
Track and report data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role.
* A strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration points.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion and proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti are preferred.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are required.
* A strong analytical and problem-solving ability is also necessary.
