Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Visual Creative Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing high-quality visual content across various platforms.
Responsibilities
* Develop engaging social media creatives, digital graphics, presentations, and branded visual systems.
* Create motion graphics and animated elements, including transitions, text animations, graphics packages, and lightweight video edits for short-form content.
* Apply brand guidelines consistently while finding space for innovation and creativity.
* Use AI and modern creative tools to speed up ideation, design variations, motion workflows, and content exploration.
* Collaborate with creative leads and project managers to clarify briefs, address feedback, and ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or a hybrid creative role.
* A strong portfolio showcasing brand design, social content, motion graphics, and layout expertise.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong working knowledge of Figma and presentation design tools.
* An understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color systems, and brand identity.
* The ability to animate and design for modern platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, etc).
* Familiarity with AI or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney).
* A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and an ability to embrace and act on feedback.
* Clear and confident communication in English, with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively with both creatives and project managers.
