We are looking for a Product Manager to lead Credit & Risk products in the Open Finance context, acting as both Product Manager and Product Owner, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. This person will own the product, connecting strategy, technology, and results in a startup environment, with strong expectations of a hands‑on profile.
The PM will work very closely with Engineering, Data, and Architecture teams, as well as Commercial, Solutions, and Design, and will be responsible for turning complex credit and risk problems into scalable, monetizable solutions focused on customer success.

Key Responsibilities
Define the strategy, vision, and positioning of Klavi’s credit and risk data products within the Open Finance context.
Own the product roadmap (H1 / H2 / H3), balancing strategic vision and execution.
Act as both PM and PO, leading discovery, prioritization, specification, delivery, and continuous product evolution.
Work closely and continuously with Engineering, Data, and Tech teams, ensuring technical feasibility, quality, and scalability of solutions.
Translate business problems and regulatory requirements into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize the backlog based on impact, business value, data, and technical feasibility.
Define and evolve product pricing and packaging in partnership with Commercial and Finance teams.
Be accountable for product results, tracking adoption, performance, revenue, and P&L metrics.
Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies together with Sales and Solutions teams.
Make decisions on core vs. custom products, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
Act in a hands‑on manner, with a true product owner mindset, typical of a startup environment.
Requirements
Solid experience as a Product Manager in credit, risk, or financial data products.
Experience with Open Finance / Open Banking and regulated environments.
Experience with credit reports, scoring, income verification, underwriting, antifraud, or risk analytics.
Strong business acumen, with experience in data and analytics products.
Experience acting as both PM and PO, working closely with technical teams.
Startup mindset: hands‑on, strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and comfort with ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Advanced English.
Availability to work hybrid (4 times a week in the office) in São Paulo (Av. Paulista – Brigadeiro subway station), with the first 3 months on‑site full time.
