You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing and supporting complex IT systems for enterprise clients.
Hands-on work with modern infrastructure technologies, collaboration with internal engineering teams, and providing expert guidance to optimize IT environments is expected.
* Design, install, configure and support systems technologies, including servers, storage and Active Directory.
* Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
This position is fully remote on a contract basis. Key responsibilities include managing and resolving client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation, tracking time against project agreements, reporting on project progress and participating in ongoing technical training and development.
Requirements:
* 3–4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments.
* 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
* A strong background in Intune and mobile device management is required.
* Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions is essential.
* A solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems is necessary.
* A proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation is crucial.
