We are seeking a highly skilled ITOM Senior Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in ITSM and infrastructure to architect, develop, and optimize ITOM capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical expertise across infrastructure domains—including servers, networks, and applications—and a strong ability to troubleshoot and deliver scalable IT operations solutions aligned with enterprise needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement ITOM solutions using ServiceNow, in line with enterprise architecture and operational strategies.
* Configure and maintain core ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management.
* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align IT operations capabilities with organizational objectives.
* Continuously enhance the ServiceNow platform to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
* Diagnose and resolve issues across ITOM functionalities and ensure optimal platform performance and integration efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
* A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM modules—especially Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management.
* A strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB structure and Event Correlation Rules.
* A solid grasp of server, network, and application architecture, with troubleshooting abilities across infrastructure layers.
* Experience with the ServiceNow database schema, tables, and data modeling.
* Proficient in Performance Analytics, email notification design, and managing complex data workflows.
* Expertise in using transform maps, data sources, and scripts for effective data import and integration.
* Skilled in developing and managing scheduled jobs, events, and automated triggers within ServiceNow.
* Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, import sets, and custom integrations using scripted approaches.
