**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with design and product teams to implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces
- Develop and maintain content management systems, including Drupal or other modern CMS platforms
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing codebases for better performance and maintainability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and processes
- Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to the tech stack
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Proficient in **JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and CSS**:
- Experience working with **frontend frameworks** (e.g., React, Vue.js, or similar)
- Familiarity with **backend frameworks** such as **Symfony** or **Laravel**:
- CMS experience, preferably with **Drupal** or WordPress (custom module/theme experience a plus)
- Solid understanding of **relational databases** (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL)
- Version control experience using **Git**:
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with **headless CMS** architecture and REST/GraphQL APIs
- Familiarity with **Docker** or containerized development environments
- Understanding of **accessibility standards** and SEO best practices
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, PHPUnit)
- Interest in DevOps practices or deployment workflows in cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)
