Key Account Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and acquiring a client portfolio, executing expansion plans, and defining goals in collaboration with our management team.
Main Responsibilities
* Build strong business relationships with hotels in your portfolio.
* Optimize inventory, availability, and rate competitiveness through the Reservations Center.
* Negotiate conditions to maximize conversion and ensure the highest competitiveness index for assigned hotels.
* Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with agency network demand.
* Advise on online marketing and direct sales strategies.
* Identify opportunities for new products, offers, or services in coordination with department heads and the Business Acceleration area.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2–3 years of experience.
* Education in tourism or a related field.
* Excellent customer orientation and negotiation skills.
* Advanced level of English proficiency.
