We seek a skilled professional to manage the resolution of critical customer issues through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Collaborate with various business units, including Support, Sales, Product Management, and Development Engineers to drive expedited response, remedy, and resolution for critical issues.
This role demands exceptional communication skills in multiple languages, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have:
* Fully fluent communication skills in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
* 10+ years of customer-facing sales and/or service delivery experience.
* Past experience as an Escalations Engineer/Manager, Technical Account Manager, or similar roles.
Key responsibilities include driving streamlined decision-making, ensuring focused technical leadership, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
