Our team seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in Google Workspace, and have experience with task management tools.
Responsibilities will include calendar management, email organization, task tracking, documentation, customer support, research assistance, and general administrative tasks as assigned.
We require 1 year of related experience and/or a related degree, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative team spirit are also essential for this role.
Work schedule will vary depending on the job position applied for and will be based on the schedule requested by the client.
Organize schedules, book meetings, and keep calendars up to date.
Review, prioritize, and organize emails professionally.
Monitor tasks and deadlines using project management tools.
Prepare reports, take meeting notes, and maintain organized digital files.
Communicate with clients and teams via email, chat, and phone as needed.
Support with gathering information and summarizing findings when required.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative and support tasks as assigned.
