As a Regional Risk Management Jr Manager, the candidate’s primary responsibilities will be to assist Risk Management managers in process assessments and audits in all LATAM region.The candidate will work closely to the Business Management team to support in periodical demands from HQ and Latin America top management.The candidate should possess high analytical skills and good accounting knowledge, and creativity to find solutions for issues found in process reviews. It is a great opportunity to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment and understand how processes are established in different countries across the region.Main activities:
Monitor and analyze Latina America subsidiaries risk KPIsParticipate in process assessments and audit processes, assisting the Risk Management manager;
Check if the proposed recommendations in process assessments were implemented through periodical follow ups and report to Risk Management managerWork closely with Business Management team and subsidiaries’ Risk Management colleagues;
Assist in execution of LATAM CFO special projects and Suwon office periodical demands;
Assist in auditprocesses from Suwon office;
Basic requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related areas;
Knowledge of Accountingis desirable;
Excellent MS Excel and Data Analysis skills;
Problem solver;
Strong verbal and written communication ability in Korean and English ;
(Spanish is preferred aswell);
Availability totravel across de Latin America region;
Ability to workwell with others in diverse teams.Desired skills:
