Job Description
The role of ServiceNow Technical Expert is a pivotal position within the organization's IT landscape. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and evolving ServiceNow as the primary platform for IT operations.
This individual will take hands-on architectural decisions, guide and supervise external partners in development and application management, and directly contribute to configuration, development, and administration of ServiceNow.
You will consult and guide on architectural and configuration decisions across a broad range of modules including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, VR, custom apps integrations more ensuring ServiceNow meets the needs of modern integrated IT landscape.
