About This Role
This position is ideal for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing top technical talent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding. They will also build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and recruit top technical talent for U.S.-based companies operating in Latin America.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
* Leverage various sourcing tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
Requirements:
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
* Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
* Strong understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
