IT Support Analyst Role
The successful IT Support Analyst will play a vital role in providing remote computer and IT system support to employees. This will involve leveraging exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills to analyze issues, formulate solutions, troubleshoot system, application and hardware issues, ensure customers are updated on ticket progress, work remotely with customers to solve problems, utilize internal IT knowledge base to provide and find solutions to known issues, use external information to research and resolve issues when needed, consistently update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes, and properly escalate issues to necessary parties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analysis and solution formulation
* Troubleshooting of system, application and hardware issues
* Customer communication and issue escalation
* Remote problem-solving with customers
* Utilization of internal and external resources for issue resolution
* Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date ticket tracking
Requirements
Associate's Degree student preferably in Information Systems or equivalent program, or proven track record of IT experience required. Desired qualifications and skills include knowledge delivering IT solutions within a corporate and/or enterprise environment, experience working in a mixed Mac and Windows environment, additional skills including experience in the Advertising and/or Marketing industry preferred, centrally managed computer environments, and A/V environment experience not required but is a plus.
Additional Skills:
Experience supporting AV environments not required, but is a plus.
