Job Description
Drive operational efficiency and innovation in customer and product pricing information within Financial Information Systems.
Work closely with Domestic and International Retail Sales, Product Account Management, and technical teams to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance client satisfaction.
About the Role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing enterprise data stewardship across multiple channels and platforms, reviewing project and business requirements, and communicating effectively with internal and functional groups to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
Key responsibilities include providing concise weekly status reports, promoting idea generation and collaboration sessions, following processes and protocols for data enrichment technologies, communicating data requirements, and escalating data inconsistencies promptly.
Responsibilities
* Provide detailed weekly status reports for assigned activities
* Promote innovative solutions through idea generation and collaboration sessions with internal teams

* Share process changes with cross-functional teams

Experience and Education

* Solid technical background with the ability to learn new platforms and apply knowledge to operational practices
* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative
* Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication skills, including confidence in presenting to executive leadership
* Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
* Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields preferred
