Position SummaryManage the supply and delivery of raw materials while creating efficiencies and increasing productivity. It focuses on logistics, international transportation, regulatory requirements and safety standards, supplier management, and building strategic relationships with government agencies to ensure the trust of the corporation, the public, and governments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities1.Create purchase orders.2. Monitoring purchase orders and shipments. Tracking Imports and Exports (ETD/ETA).3. Coordination of third parties in the Import and Export chain: (Customs Agents, Port Authorities, Shipping Agents, Freight Forwarders).4. Prepare shipment tracking and inform Customer Service in a timely manner about the arrival status of raw materials, through system and/or reports.5. Knowledge of the local legal system, its applications and regulations regarding foreign trade. In addition, knowledge of the systems of each target country.6. Manage international distribution, the channels used, the required documents, transportation, and everything necessary to avoid any issues with the responsible authorities.7. Gather and organize all commercial invoices related to foreign trade, preparing accurate documents to access these invoices whenever any other department requires them.8. Analyze costs with the respective logistics agents, as well as liaise with customs to ensure that every process is 100% correct.9. Settlement of Imports (Raw Materials, Products, and Goods).10. Control and monitoring of import licenses and related documents.11. "Manage the payment of customs duties on materials."12. Immediately report any variation, delay, or shortage in the process of international logistics, customs clearance, and arrival at the warehouses.Education & Experience:Education: Professional in logistics, supply chain, International Business or related fields and/or related Engineering.Experience: 3+ years in Foreign Trade and logistics or equivalent accounting role.Knowledge, Skills, & TalentsPractical knowledge of regulations related to Foreign Trade, Transportation, and Warehousing.Strong analytical skills.Experience in developing export/import projects.Spanish and English speaker.Ability to influence and work in cross functional teams.Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.Natural collaborator, contributing to a positive team dynamic.Continuous improvement mindset, always seeking opportunities to optimize processes.Salary range: 5800 to 8800 monthly reais.
