Position: Training Coordinator
We are looking for our next training operations coordinator. This role is part of the Operations team and supports NIIT's customers in Frankfurt.
The selected candidate will report to the training operations manager and will be responsible for coordinating training session delivery.
The key responsibilities of this role include analyzing client needs, determining the number of sessions needed to train trainees, initiating and managing requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation, organizing training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability, calibrating and coordinating with the Indian team for any changes or updates, supporting completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoices, following workflow and processes using the CRM tool, and ensuring learner support level 2.
Requirements
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations
* Exposure to an international work environment
* High-level understanding of the training landscape
* Customer service-oriented posture is a must
* Team player
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized, capable of prioritizing activities
* Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM
* Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantage
* Fluent in English is a mandatory requirement
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint
