This role is primarily a ServiceNow Developer position within an enterprise environment, working in an Agile pod (SAFe) delivering high-impact solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities Development and configuration within ServiceNow (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, Flow Designer). Building scalable solutions and integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, authentication). End-to-end participation in user stories: design, development, testing, and deployment. L3 support, automation, and continuous platform improvements. Collaboration with ITSM, ITOM, and Event Management teams. About Slack (Realistic Expectation) Slack is NOT the primary focus of the role. The expectation is to: Support or maintain existing apps and workflows. Assist with integrations (often triggered from ServiceNow). Perform light automation or behavioral adjustments. Understand how Slack integrates into enterprise workflows. A profile with experience working with APIs, integrations, webhooks, bots, or collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, etc.) can adapt quickly.
