Director of Salesforce Implementation
This is a leadership role that demands expertise in Salesforce implementation, team management, project governance, delivery operations, and client relationship skills.
As a seasoned professional, you will lead and mentor a cross-functional Salesforce implementation team across the US and LATAM regions.
The primary focus areas include leading all Salesforce implementation projects, encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud Engagement, and integrations.
A key aspect of this role is conducting regular project reviews to ensure progress, scope alignment, and adherence to timelines.
Essential Qualifications:
* At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce implementation.
* Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical or consulting teams, preferably remote or geographically distributed.
* In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and marketing automation platforms.
