Key Account Strategist
Lead and grow key client relationships within the Brazilian market by fostering strong communication and exceeding expectations.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and high levels of satisfaction.
* Take full ownership of accounts, driving revenue growth and meeting performance objectives through strategic planning.
* Develop and implement customized account plans tailored to client needs and business goals.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management within the iGaming industry, preferably with a slot or game provider.
* Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English; Spanish fluency is an advantage.
