Key Hotel Account Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Key Hotel Account Manager.
The main objective of this position is, reporting to the management team, to define goals, manage and acquire a client portfolio, and execute the expansion plan for the assigned market. Your main responsibilities will be:
* Build strong business relationships with the hotels in your portfolio.
* Optimize inventory, availability, and the competitiveness of rates offered through the Reservations Center.
* Negotiate conditions with the goal of maximizing conversion and ensuring the highest competitiveness index for the assigned hotels.
* Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with the demand from our agency network.
* Advise on online marketing and direct sales.
* Identify business opportunities in terms of new products, offers, or other services, in coordination with the department head and the Business Acceleration area.
You will shine in this position if you have:
* A minimum of 2–3 years of experience.
* Education in tourism or a related field.
* Customer orientation.
* Negotiation skills.
* Advanced level of English.
