Patent Paralegal Project Manager
* Strong organizational, leadership and management abilities are crucial for this role.
This position involves overseeing and managing patent filing requests, working closely with clients, translators, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as a patent paralegal in a law firm or corporate setting, with expertise in EP, PCT and foreign applications.
A strong background in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, docketing, document submission, and quality assurance is essential.
The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a successful track record of collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Additionally, proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required, as well as the ability to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST) during regular business hours.
* Responsibilities include preparing documents for EP, PCT and foreign applications, initiating responses to official communications and notifications, and coordinating filings from start to issuance.
* Excellent time management and organization skills are necessary to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience implementing translation tools into existing workflows
* Familiarity with CAT tools (memoQ fluency a plus) and Machine Translation engines

* Skilled at training internal and external users in MTPE & TM workflows
* Skilled at vendor recruitment and negotiations
