Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support the analysis, testing, and delivery of enhancements on our ServiceNow platform.
This role requires collaboration with various teams and stakeholders, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and process improvements.
* Assist in defining acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
* Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
* Support training and communication efforts related to new or updated ServiceNow functionality.
* Maintain clear and concise documentation for both business requirements and testing activities.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 2-3 years of combined business analysis and quality assurance experience with ServiceNow (ITSM / ITOM modules preferred)
• Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) and/or other tools for test automation
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and business analysis best practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
