Job Description: Salesforce Business Analyst with CPQ
Location: LATAM
Duration: 4months
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Salesforce Business Analyst with CPQ expertise to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Salesforce ecosystem with hands-on exposure to CPQ processes, requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
The candidate will work closely with business users, product owners, architects, and development teams to define scalable solutions and drive successful Salesforce CPQ implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and transformation goals.
- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement gathering meetings.
- Translate business requirements into:
o User stories
o Functional specifications
o Process flows
o Acceptance criteria
- Analyze current-state vs future-state business processes and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and release discussions.
Salesforce CPQ Functional Expertise
- Work on Salesforce CPQ business processes including:
o Product configuration
o Pricing & discounting
o Quote generation
o Approval workflows
o Contracting & renewals
o Subscription management
- Support configuration discussions around:
o Product rules
o Price rules
o Quote templates
o Approval chains
o Guided selling
- Collaborate with technical teams during CPQ solution implementation and enhancements.
- Validate business scenarios and ensure alignment with CPQ best practices.
Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Act as a liaison between business teams, architects, developers, QA teams, and leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of requirements and project milestones.
- Support UAT execution, defect triaging, and business sign-offs.
- Provide user training, process documentation, and post-production support.

Salesforce Expertise
- Strong understanding of:
o Salesforce Sales Cloud
o Salesforce CPQ
o Opportunity-to-Quote (O2Q) processes
o Quote-to-Cash lifecycle
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities including:
o Flows
o Reports & Dashboards
o Security & Sharing
o Standard/custom objects
Business Analysis Skills
- Strong experience with:
o Agile/Scrum methodologies
o Requirement elicitation
o Process mapping
o User story creation
o Functional documentation
o UAT coordination
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
